Apartment without carpet, with parquet floor.

Facility Description

Next to: railway, cable car (Parsenn), cross country skiing, roads for walks, children ski school, restaurants, play garden for children. In the house: washing room, ski room, elevator (on half floor). Driving direction: From Zurich, you drive on motorway N13, direction Chur. After 1 hour you leave the motorway at the exit Landquart/Davos. After 3/4 hours you arrive Davos Dorf. After the station turn left in the "Mühlestrasse". After ca 400m turn left in the "Museumstrasse". You will find Casa Mondura on the left after about 150 meters.

Die schön renovierte Ferienwohnung hat eine perfekte Lage (wenige Geh-Minuten zum Bahnhof Dorf und zum See) und hat eine ideale Raumaufteilung (insbesondere für Familien, da zwei Bäder). Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und ruhig. Die Kapazität des Kleiderschranks im zweiten Schlafzimmer dürfte etwas größer sein. Balkonmöbel sind nicht vorhanden. Top Abwicklung mit Firma Christoffel/Easy.
